Terms and Conditions


Introduction


Welcome to LV Sparkle Solutions LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our cleaning services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.


Services


Scope of Services

The Company provides professional cleaning services, including but not limited to residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and specialized cleaning tasks. The specific services to be provided will be detailed in the Service Agreement or Booking Confirmation.


Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify the scope of services as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to the client and may result in adjustments to the service fees.


Booking and Confirmation


Booking Process

Clients can book our services through our website, by phone, or via email. A booking is not confirmed until the client receives a confirmation from the Company.


Changes and Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 10% of the scheduled service cost.


Pricing and Payment


Pricing

Service fees are based on the type and scope of services provided. Prices will be detailed in the Service Agreement or Booking Confirmation. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.


Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is due 24 hours before the service date with the other 50% due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods, including credit card, bank transfer,  cash, and Zelle.  Business checks  are acceptable. No personal checks. 


Late Payments

Late payments will incur a fee of $20 per day on the outstanding balance. The client is responsible for any legal or collection fees incurred due to non-payment.


Client Responsibilities


Access

Clients must provide access to the property at the agreed time. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or rescheduling fees.


Environment

Clients are responsible for providing a safe working environment for our staff. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring pets are secured and hazardous materials are removed.


Property Condition

Clients must ensure that the property is in a condition suitable for cleaning. Excessive clutter or hazardous conditions may result in additional charges or refusal of service.


Liability and Insurance


Damage and Loss

The Company is insured for damages caused by our staff. Clients must report any damage or loss within 24 hours of the service. The Company is not liable for pre-existing damage or loss  


Limitations of Liability

The Company’s liability is limited to the amount of the service fee for the appointment during which the damage or loss occurred.


Satisfaction Guarantee


Service Quality

We strive to provide the highest quality cleaning services. If a client is not satisfied with the service provided, they must notify us within 24 hours. We will re-clean the area at no additional charge.


Termination


By the Client

Clients may terminate the service agreement with 30 days of written notice. Any pre-paid amounts for future services will be refunded, less any applicable fees.


By the Company

We reserve the right to terminate the service agreement at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to safety concerns, non-payment, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.


Confidentiality


We respect the privacy of our clients. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent.


Governing Law


These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada/United States disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nevada/United States.


Amendments


We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

Return and Refund Policy

Touch-Up Cleaning Policy


At LV Sparkle Solutions, we strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for our clients. Our touch-up cleaning service is designed for spaces that require minor cleaning to maintain their shine and functionality. Below is our policy regarding touch-up cleaning services:

Scope of Touch-Up Cleaning

Touch-up cleaning services include but are not limited to:

   •    Light dusting of surfaces

   •    Wiping down high-traffic areas

   •    Spot cleaning of windows, mirrors, and countertops

   •    Trash removal if applicable

   •    Floor touch-ups (vacuuming, mopping, or sweeping as needed)

This service does not include deep cleaning tasks, such as scrubbing grout, detailed appliance cleaning, or areas requiring extensive attention. For deeper cleaning needs, please refer to our standard cleaning packages.

Pricing

   •    Floor Touch-Ups: Start at $50 (pricing may vary depending on the size of the area and the type of flooring).

   •    Additional tasks outside of the listed scope may incur additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to service.

Scheduling & Availability

   •    Touch-up cleaning services are available by appointment.

   •    Clients are encouraged to schedule touch-up services at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

   •    Same-day requests may incur an additional fee, subject to availability.

Payment Terms

   •    Payment for touch-up services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in advance.

   •    Invoices will be sent electronically and can be paid via cash, card, or approved payment platforms.

Customer Responsibility

   •    Clients must ensure the area is accessible at the scheduled cleaning time.

   •    Any additional cleaning requests outside the agreed-upon scope must be communicated prior to the appointment.
